sry, i waz lazy. and sry i couldnt fit da ur whole username in da title, da title waz 2 long. n e wayz, this is a request by ~XiaolinWind. she wanted a mermaid w/ black hair. didnt know how 2 make da tail and da rest of da stuff so y not black 2? da background waz done w/ da gradient tool. used pg from mmpp coloringbk. and man, there were many wite spots i had 2 color in. hm, da tail waz also hard 2 make shiny b/c it waz black. so yea.
